Greetings Beloved Clients!
I am Pam C. Lyons, a Certified Professional Coach and Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor for 15 years, and 20 plus years of life experience. I understand what it means to reinvent and rebuild my life several times as a Hurricane Katrina Survivor and as a businesswoman.
My practice serves as a safe place to the Texas community and a beacon of light. The slogan “Reinvent the World” was inspired by all the shared traumatic experiences going on in the world due to Covid 19, increase in mental and physical health problems, racism, toxic politics, lack of safety for our children, poverty, economic challenges, women not receiving equal pay, women rights being infringed upon, and survivors of natural disasters. We need a space to express our traumatic experiences safely, to be listened to and understood with empathy and compassion, and to receive coping tools to become the best version of ourselves so we can create a better world for our future generations.
As a professional woman, you may find yourself struggling with a range of emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, anger, low self-esteem, and self-limiting beliefs. You may be coping with medical and mental diagnoses, such as PTSD, or dealing with sexual or physical abuse.
You may also be struggling with issues related to dysfunctional families, including childhood trauma or a challenging relationship with a parent. Work stress and a lack of fulfillment in your career can also take a toll, leaving you feeling lost and unfulfilled.
Despite the many challenges you face, you have a strong desire to heal and move forward. You want to replace self-limiting beliefs, take back your power, and rebuild your self-worth and truth. You want to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle, find new meaning and purpose in life, heal relationships and become the best version of yourself.
As Professional adults (Military/Veterans, High Achievers, Professionals, Healers, and Parents of Neurodivergent children with Autism and/or ADHD or Dyslexia), you may be facing a range of challenges related to unresolved trauma or racial trauma, disabilities (Special Abilities), life transitions, goal setting, financial trauma (stress), romantic relationship stressors, and low self-esteem. You may feel unproductive or struggle with procrastination. Coping with dysfunctional families and family roles may be a challenge, and you may be seeking ways to discover your own identity and truth. Just remember: You are worth your own self-rediscovery in order to become a Divine Masterpiece of Greatness.
Despite these challenges, you have a strong desire to manage your independence, identify your choices, and celebrate your victories. You want to attract healthy people into your life and have a plan for your future after college. You want to find your voice and overcome your fears and learn to manage stress and make sound financial decisions.
