    I, Pam C. Lyons have 10-15 years in the mental health field and 20+ years of life experience. Her integrative approach of counseling includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Feminist, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, EFT (Tapping), Trauma-informed care, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Compassion-focused, Solutions-focused, and some of Gottman’s work. Mrs. Lyons is a Holistic Therapist who believes in treating one’s Mind, Body, Soul, and Spirit. Furthermore, she is a Social Justice therapist.
